I graduated as a food engineer at the Faculty of Food Engineering at Corvinus University, in 2011. The subject of my TDK thesis and my thesis was health conscious nutrition, and within that I worked on making a popular, classic product health conscious. With this product development work I achieved first place in 2010 at MÉTE OTDK. After graduating from university, I continued working on the field of product development.
My time in competitive sports for many years and my interest in health conscious eating led me to share my experience with others. Initially, this was limited to my teammates and acquaintances. Later, I started counselling in the professional field too, over the years nutrition counselling has been my main profile. In 2018, for my professional development, I started my master studies in Nutrition Science at the University of Pécs.
