Lilla Tringer

Physiotherapist – manual therapist

I graduated at Semmelweis University in 2015. Right after I started working at Országos Baleseti és Sürgősségi Intézet. I spent close to 4 years at the hospital, where I gained wild range scale experience in the field of traumatology and musculoskeletal diseases (both pre-, and rehabilitation). I have been working with pre-/post-operative, and conservatively treated cases as well. I was lucky enough to follow my patients’ rehab from the very beginning to return to sport/active life, which is very rare in public hospitals. At the same time I was treating children with spinal problems, like Scheuermann disease or Scoliosis. In the past few years I have been attended to several post-gradual courses, to specialize and deepen my knowledge. In the name of holistic approach I am trying to focus on the whole person, both mentally and physically; supporting my patients to gain sustainable results.

Areas of expertise:

  • Sport specific functional training and injury prevention
